Consent to Personal Data Processing

  • By ticking the separate checkbox “I consent to the processing of personal data under the Consent” and submitting a form on https://lgc.ru, I freely, voluntarily and in my own interest give Limited Liability Company “Leon Group” (Russian legal name: ООО «Леон Групп»; INN 7708462118; OGRN 1267700227189; address: 107140, Moscow, Krasnoprudnaya St., 12/1, Building 1, Premises 1/6b; e-mail: dev@lgc.ru) specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to process my personal data.

1. Data covered

  • first and last name;
  • position, if provided;
  • organisation and its INN;
  • business e-mail;
  • telephone number;
  • preferred contact method;
  • request content;
  • equipment requirements;
  • software project description, schedule and indicative budget;
  • personal data contained in DOC, DOCX, PDF, XLS and XLSX files uploaded by me;
  • submission and consent evidence, including date and time, request ID, form type, locale, consent version, IP address and browser data to the extent required for security and proof of consent.

I will not submit passport details, health or biometric data, passwords, private keys, personal payment details or other restricted information without prior agreement on a secure transfer method.

2. Purposes

  • receiving, registering and handling my request;
  • contacting me and providing a response;
  • selecting and supplying equipment;
  • assessing and agreeing a software development project;
  • preparing a quotation, NDA, specification or contract;
  • entering into and performing a contract at my request or that of the organisation I represent;
  • securing forms, preventing abuse and evidencing lawful processing.

3. Operations and methods

I consent to collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, disclosure to authorised staff and processors acting on the Operator's instructions, restriction, deletion and destruction by automated, non-automated and mixed means.

4. Processors

The Operator may engage Russian hosting, e-mail, backup, malware scanning and technical support providers, provided they process data only under the Operator's instructions and apply confidentiality and security safeguards. This consent does not authorise disclosure for independent advertising.

5. Duration

The consent remains valid until the processing purpose is achieved, consent is withdrawn or three years have passed since the last substantive interaction, whichever occurs first, unless longer processing is required to perform a contract, comply with law or protect legal rights.

6. Withdrawal

I may withdraw consent or request termination of processing by e-mailing dev@lgc.ru with information sufficient to locate the request. The Operator will stop processing and delete data within statutory time limits unless another lawful basis requires retention. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.

7. Evidence

The Operator retains an electronic consent record containing the version, date and time, form type, request ID and necessary technical details.
