Cookie Policy

1. Scope

https://lgc.ru, operated by Leon Group LLC, uses cookies and similar local technologies only to the extent required for operation, security and — with consent — analytics. Contact: dev@lgc.ru.

2. Cookie categories

Necessary cookies

Always active because they support website operation, form protection, locale selection, consent storage, session handling and attack prevention where applicable.

Analytics cookies

Used to obtain aggregated traffic statistics and improve the website. They are loaded only after the user selects “Accept all” or enables Analytics in settings.

Before an analytics provider is connected, the live register must identify the provider, actual cookie names, purposes and expiry periods. If analytics is not connected, no analytics scripts may be present.

Marketing cookies

Not used in the baseline version. They require a separate legal and technical review, updated documents and consent before deployment.

3. Planned register

  • Necessary — lgc_cookie_consent — categories and consent version — 12 months;
  • Necessary — lgc_locale — selected RU/EN/DE locale — 12 months;
  • Necessary — lgc_csrf or server equivalent — form protection — session;
  • Analytics — to be completed after provider selection — consent-based analytics — provider configuration.

Actual names and periods must match the production code.

4. Consent management

The first-visit banner provides equally accessible actions:

  • Accept all;
  • Reject optional cookies;
  • Customise.

Optional cookies are off by default. Silence, scrolling and continued browsing are not consent. Users can change or withdraw their choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. After withdrawal, new analytics events stop and analytics cookies are removed where technically possible.

5. Data and third parties

Cookie-related processing may include IP address, cookie identifier, date and time, URL, referrer, browser, device, locale and page interactions. Analytics must exclude form content, e-mail addresses, phone numbers and request text.

No third-party scripts, pixels, iframes, fonts or widgets may receive user data before the user's choice. Every actual provider must be disclosed in the Privacy Policy and cookie register.

6. Changes

The current version is published at /en/cookies and is updated when categories, providers, purposes or expiry periods change.
